Sweet LaRose regularly offers preorders, typically every two weeks. You can find our latest preorder collections under the "Preorder" tab on our main page. These items are not currently in stock but can be reserved by placing a preorder. Once you place your order, there is an estimated delivery time of about 2 1/2 months. Please allow for a one-week processing period before your items are shipped to their final destination.

Absolutely! If you’re interested in a custom outfit that isn't currently featured in our collections, you are welcome to request any previously designed outfit by emailing us directly. Please include detailed specifications such as pictures and sizes of the desired outfit in your email. Custom orders are priced at $45 plus shipping, and please allow up to 2 1/2 months for the delivery of your custom outfit from Sweet LaRose.

Sweet LaRose accepts split pay, full pay, and Sezzle for preorder payments.

Customers can choose to pay half of the total amount when submitting the order, with the second half due two weeks before the vendor ships the orders to Sweet LaRose. A discount code is provided for splitting the payment.

All sales are final with the exception of receiving a wrong item or a defective item. Refunds or credits for damaged items or wrong sizes received can only be offered within 5 days of receiving them. Customers must return items in the original bag with tags attached within 2 days of receiving a prepaid return label from Sweet LaRose for a credit/refund. Items that have been worn, washed, or are without tags or the original bag will not be refunded. Items bought off extras or a preorder are non-refundable if a customer changes their mind.
